Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also make a good faith attempt to notify the individual who posted the content of the removal.


Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted on Bright Hound Academy was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

  1. Your Signature. A physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the Removed Material. A description of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days after receipt, unless the original complaining party files a court action against you.


Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, Bright Hound Academy maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. If we receive multiple valid DMCA notices concerning the same user, we may terminate that user’s access to our site or ability to submit content.
